I paid 69.99 for a stroller from this website and it been two months and still has not came I’ve called and emailed for a refund and still haven’t been put through to a real person I tracked my package it said it hasn’t shipped yet.

They sent an email saying it has been delivered to my house and it had not I just want my money back

I thought I had purchased a "Walking Pad" (portable treadmill) on November 8 for $149 through a Facebook ad sponsored by "Rena1ssance." When I had not received any tracking or delivery info, 6 weeks later, I emailed the company. Three emails later, I received this response from the "support" email address:

Dear customer,

Sorry to keep you waiting so long, we will try our best to improve efficiency.

If you have any questions, please follow the instructions below, if you still need help, you’re welcome to contact us again.

All orders have been shipped, please contact your local post office to change your address or pick up.

Also visible to me, with this email were the email addresses and messages of over 40 other disgruntled customers detailing similar concerns with various products. One message made me aware that I did receive a package from the company, a cheap set of earbuds that I did not order. Only the package was not labeled and I did not know where it had come from. ALL of the messages made me aware that we were all scammed through credit card purchases and, because we did receive a small trinket that would cost way more to return than the value of the initial product, we forfeited whatever money we paid.
