Purchased a few Masks on April 6th wrote to the customer service department as they do not have a phone number to track shipping or get a refund and provided invoice # with purchase ID. Response received was: I cannot find your order through this email address.

Could you please advise us on the order number or the email address used when checking out? Hope to hear from you soon.
