He is offereing non refundable forex tutoring classes for 3000 and makes claims that he can’t use another payment method because he has been scammed before.I told him I didn’t want to get scammed myself and decided to invistigate himself more and address lead me to virtual P.O. Box and Wells Fargo refused to give his information to protect he’s personal privacy.
