I was led to believe that I was receiving a free gift of a tooth whitening kit for $7.95 postage only, for answering a survey. One month later, I find a credit card charge of $149.95 for the so-called "free gift". Then another charge of $89.95 for a follow-up product even though I immediately returned the follow up product stating that I had not entered into any agreement to receive further products.That was 6 weeks ago, to date I have not received a refund. My credit card company continues to dispute the charges but the company is being non-cooperative.
