Ordered a cat enclosure on April 24, 2020 and I haven’t received it yet. Tried calling and the phone number isn’t in service. Email them asking for a refund and haven’t heard from them. According to their pngage we can get a refund as long as the product hasn’t shipped,and I’ve been waiting over a month for them to send the product.
