Ordered a clothing item from this website as looked very legit. Payment came out of my account but as to this day over a month later I have not recieved my item. Tracking shows it is sitting in BC Canada customs but has not moved in over 10 days…I have emailed the company as no phone and no true address, they say they return emails within 72 business hours…after 4 emails I have had NO response. The shipping tracking is odd as shows it came from china imported to canada and is sitting in customs??? I would understand customs checking the item out but when the company does not reply and there is no customer service number to reach somethings up.
