I hired this guy to do an inspection on 10/31/2019. He went to the home to inspected it at 11:00am I get a text from him saying all done at 11:36. Wth! He said I would get the report by the end of the day. That was 3 days ago. Today is Nov. 3rd and we still don’t have the report. Tomorrow is the inspection contingency deadline. So I guess we are screwed. We have called him several time and texted him several times. His response is the same and now he is not answering or responding to text. I checked his license and it is not valid with NACHI… DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!!! he is a con artist. We paid with ZELLE…….. I won’t quit until he is out of the scam business. He has scammed the wrong real estate agent.
He has a couple of addresses 5801 E Beverly blvd Los Angeles is a smoke shop. The other address 8021 Pioneer blvd Whitter is a strip mall. I will be contacting NACHI to file a complaint. The number (800) 837-6488 is out of service. the other number 626 991-4020 he doesn’t answer now because he knows I am calling him!!!!

He contacted my client to charge and got the card info.
He did not send a report, and he is not picking the phone, in fact the phone is disconnected also his email is fake.
