Type of a scam Online Purchase
I received a text message offering a free iPad and keyboard. I was asked to pay shipping of $1. It then increased on the next screen to $19.73. When I received a receipt it was from a company called "Reading Time Book". I emailed back asking for a refund with no response. I believe this was a scam.
