Type of a scam Online Purchase

Seen an ad for a hair item on facebook. So it took me to another site, reachedsold. And I made the purchase. Well it’s been over 30 days and still not even a message to what is going on. I have tracked the so called item. And on USPS it says it was shipped by a 3rd party. Well that was 3 days after the purchase. So now I have emailed them. Still no response. The least they could do, if it was real, was to let the customer know what is going. Plus when i looked up the place where it was shipped it was somewhere in the middle of nowhere in Chicago. Don’t know, but wouldn’t trust anything that comes from this phony place. I would love my money back, but it seems they must not know English.
