I never ordered anything. They took money out of my account. I called some guy answered named Eric…he had the last four digits of my card and an old address. He assured me the money would be refunded. Never happen and he never answered the phone again. Just a voicemail! Scammers! Had to cancel my card!

I fell for it. Get the product for only the shipping and handling of $4.95. Have to call or email support within 14 days to cancel. I emailed them on 11/3/208, which was 12 days in. I didn’t hear anything, so I called on Monday, November 5th, and the person with whom I spoke verified that the account was cancelled over the weekend. On November 7th, there is a charge for $89.95 on my account. I called back, and she said that I was past the 14 day limit, by 1 day, when I cancelled, which I was not. I asked why I had not then received the next shipment, and she said that the charge was for the original order. The website said absolutely nothing about having to pay for the original order, just future orders. I will be contacting my state’s AGs office, as well as the credit card company. These people DO NOT play by the rules.
