when we went to tracking the phone it stated: the phone was delivered on July 11th, 2020. The phone hasnt arrived
I believe its a scam. the money has been removed from my account:$104.60 for the purchase of a apple Iphone11.
The paypal account is under a minor name. Is this identity thief of an minor?
