person has website selling English bulldogs. I contacted him he said he would ship the puppies for free because he had a free coupon from his carrier I was to send the money to cash app. I thought this was a respectable app and secure. I sent the money. Next Morning Eastern Carriers sent me an email say I needed to send them 2100. to rent airline approved crates for the puppies. I checked the airline policy on shipping and found out that was incorrect. I emailed them back and tol them they were wrong and I thought they were a scam and neither them or Randy’s puppy would get back with me,. Now out $1200
