Type of a scam Online Purchase
On July 27, 2018, I purchased a quantity of 2 Yeti tumblers (30 oz each) from I thought was the Yeti website. After making the purchase, I noticed the business name that my Pay Pal payment went to was a private name of Li Zhenwen and the email address associated with the account was [email protected] I realized at this time that I purchased the items from a website that was not associated with Yeti, but was a thorough copy cat. The website was https://www.ramblersshopus.com/. I was optimistic that my order would ship, but 10 days later and I still have no confirmation that the order has shipped or have I received the order. The order has been marked as ‘shipped’ through Pay Pal, but when I attempt to look up my order number through the website, it’s marked as ‘pending’. There are no phone numbers for me to contact the vendor, and they have not responded to my emails requesting updates on the order.
