I received an email from Urban Outfitters stating that I had placed 4 orders during the early morning hours. Raincy RMI is a Vietnamese cargo shipping service located in TX. They did not contact me directly but instead hacked into my personal e-commerce account and placed multiple orders using my credit card. They used express shipping and charged more than $600 in goods on my card. I have taken care of the issue with my credit card provider and Urban Outfitters. I would like to warn others that e-commerce accounts may be targeted and hacked by Raincy RMI.
