The product offered a "free trial" for a small shipping charge. Embedded in the Terms was the statement that the free trial would become a monthly shipment of products at a cost of $86 — this was in such small print that most people ordering the free trial would not notice. To encourage you not to read the Terms fully the site pressured you to buy by repeatedly stating that the free trial offer was about to expire.
As soon as I realized what had happened, I called my bank and told them to stop payment; I also hunted through the site until I found a cancellation number and called that to cancel this monthly order. The person who answered the phone said he could not find my order, and when I asked to speak a supervisor, he hung up.
