Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
Ordered $300+ of human hair wefts, was sent very poor quality fake hair instead. There was no original packaging, just 5 bundles of hair shoved into 2 plastic bags (they thought they were being clever by including a single hangtag label from the high quality brand they claimed to be selling). Company would not respond to my emails so I filed a claim through my bank, which was denied since this company told the bank they don’t allow refunds. This website claims “No Refunds” which is how they get away with sending fake products that can’t be returned.
