Yesterday I was on my computer and I had a pop up that said Microsoft. My computer froze. I clicked on where it said Microsoft. A man came on the computer. Told me to press a certain button to clean my computer. I could see him going through my files. I was charged $119 to clean it. $79 to repair and $39.99 for a two year contract. $335.99. I gave my debit card number. I called my bank and cancelled it. He said he was with Quantum Benefits. His name is Vic. Their phone number is 888-241-3213. I became suspicious when I noticed the company name was a health company. I hurried and called my bank and cancelled the card. No money was taken out.
