I pre-ordered a bracelet from this company over 2 years ago. Periodically, they would send a email stating that the pre-orders that have been placed are being pushed back due to production delays. This continued to happen for the next 2 years and I never received my product. I requested a refund and after 2 months, I did not receive my refund.
