QB billing services/Quickbooks pro adviser support

Geoffrey – Sep 18, 2020

I paid the same company $7,684.98 for the same three year supposed contract for support and data protection when my company had a problem with our Quick Books profiles. They took remote control of my computer and charged me but the problemw as not fixed and every time I call they say the billing dept will contact me but no one ever does. The bank cannot recover my money, my insurance wont recover my money because I gave them our money willingly under the false impression they were Intuit Quick Books Support. I even got fearful when I was on the phone with them and verified if they were Intuit and they said yes. I then just assumed things were more lax because of Covid and that they were legitimate. Using Docusign made me think even more that they were legal. I tried emailing Docusign for a refund as well but got no response. I could have lost my job over this ! Strangely shortly after this experience, my computer was hacked and my AT&T information stolen. 30 lines were added to my company AT&T account and 4 ipads were purchased and sent to Georgia. My company is in WV we have no connection to anyone there. Be careful, this company may also be selling data they are stealing in that remote connection. TRUST YOUR GUT IF IT DOESNT SEEM RIGHT HANG UP IMMEIATELY! AND ALWAYS GO TO YOUR SUPPORT MANUAL AND GET THE RIGHT QB SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER FROM YOUR MANUAL – DO NOT LOOK THEM UP ONLINE. Thats how I got the number for this fraudulent company “QB Billing Services”

Type of a scam Tech Support

They pretend to be Intuit Quickbooks We paid them over three thousand dollars for what was supposed to be a three year subscription to the program with payroll and tech support only to find out later when we had a problem and contacted the real Quickbooks support that we received nothing. They are very crafty and make you believe they are the real thing. We allowed them to take control of our computer remotely and upgrade Quickbooks. Only to find that they installed a stolen program. It had someone else’s license number. I spent three hours on the phone with the real Quickbooks support to get it removed and get our license code back Installed. The real Quickbooks were very helpfull and got it straightened out At no charge whatsoever. Called the bank and they can not recover the money. Never pay anyone over the phone and do not let them take control of your computer.
