I contacted this agency about the purchase and shipping of a puppy. Would only accept payment through venemo or western union. Did a western union for 695. Shipping agency was supposed to deliver dog but contacted back about an upgraded crate which I refused to send my more money. Had already paid for shipping then all contact ceased and never received any contact, a refund, or the puppy I bought.

“Breeder,” using name Paul Crawford,contacted me via text message to say puppy was available. Sent contract documents for online signing and then sent payment information which was to go through Western Union. Breeder used Covid as excuse to only be able to ship instead of permitting in person pickup. Breeder became pushy about getting money quickly. Utilized “transport company” named Priority Expressdelivery who refused to provide airline name and avoided all phone contact. Transport company used multiple excuses for shipping delay and finally that I had to pay for extra insurance and a special electric crate for the dog to fly in that would cost between 1300-1500 dollars, but I would get a 95% refund upon delivery of the pup. Once I was supposed to be in contact with the transport agency I was never able to get ahold of the breeder again. Upon checking the website, the dog was never marked as Sold and further investigation led to the discovery of multiple websites under different names but with the exact same layout and the exact same puppies marked for sale and sold.
