The product states free trial, cancel service in 14 days. After receiving email of free trial offer ending requesting continuation of billing, option to click yes or no, clicking no and requesting cancellation still billed for product. Called customer service and the rep attempted to coerce me into settling for 35% refund, then offered a 50% refund, threatening that the unused, sealed product that could be shipped back for a refund will most likely not be refunded, as the “investigation” department typically claims the product has been tampered with even in manufactured sealed container, and I am lucky to be offered an instant settlement. The product still has seals on it. Not only was I billed for product after cancellation, I was told the only way to get money back was to send back to the company but will be denied and if I wanted to have any money refunded I would settle now.
