They ripped me off too. It’s obvious they used the virus to scam people. These people are [censored].
I ordered a box of 10 N95 masks on April 7 2020 … I sent email several weeks latter complaining that I haven’t received anything and they sent back a confirmation letter of the order and said they would arrive soon … It’s now Aug. 4th and still nothing … I want my money back you damn thieves.
I was scammed by them too! I was charged $64.98 for N95 mask and 50 disposable masks. Ongoing dispute with credit card company. they resubmitted a payment from me.
I ordered 50 face masks early in April. I have never received the masks and it is now July 17. I have tried to contact Pure Clean Air but was unable to get a response.
Definitely a scam, shame on me for not checking first. I ordered face masks on April 5th and today is July 22nd, 2020 and still haven’t received anything but they sure charged my credit card $39.99. I have sent several e-mails, first time I received a response, apologizing for the delay, but never received a response after that. 🙁
Ordered N95 masks on 4/13/2020 and have not received them as yet. Payment was taken immediately on the order for $29.95. It has been 3 months and still haven’t received anything.
Ordered mask for myself and kids since March from clean air, my credit card was billed right away , its July and still no mask has been delivered . I received message saying that their team is working around the clock to ship orders as soon as possible , and thanking me for understanding. not happy with Clean Air for taking this long to deliver. I also work in the health care field ,and know mask is a high demand at this time , so deliver masks ASAP .
I ordered kn95 masks one box of 10 for 29.and change on 4/8/2020. Never received my order. This is Thelma Lynch

Can everyone on here go to all your local TV stations and see if they can help in some way be it an investigation even undercover to expose them, get the credit card companies to investigate and refuse to give them accounts or at the very least do a story on the COVID-19 scammers to warn the people not to do business with these companies and list them by name nation wide.
I ordered 3-Ply Medical Disposable Earloop Face Mask 50 in pack on 4-7-2020. I have not received anything from Pure Clean Air but lies. My cost $45.77. How can we put these scammers out of business? Can you file a cast action suit? From Washington DC
I wished I would have seen this web review earlier. I too was scammed by this company! I am a 67 year old woman with numerous health problems,, I ordered the 50 disposable ear loop face mask for $39.99, even paid an extra $5.78 for insured shipping (in case package was lost or stolen). Received an order confirmation same day I put in the order, I sent an email on 4-20 asking for tracking number, was told demand was high and should allow 2-3 more weeks before order would ship. However my card was charged on 4-14 with a company name of EVJ ECOM LLC OUT of CA, however Pure Airs web site said they were out of Middleton, DE. I have sent several emails after the 3 weeks were up and to this day have NEVER received another response since. $45.77 is a lot of money for someone living a social security!

I found this company on Face Book. I made a purchase for 2 face masks on or about 4/3/2020. They billed my Mastercard for $49.98 on 4/13/2020. They sent me a text at some point stating that due to demand, it would take a while to get the masks to me. By 5/13/2020 I had not received the masks and I tried calling the phone number on my credit card bill. The message stated the person’s message box was full. I then sent them an email asking about the status of my order and received no response. I called again today with the same results. I went back to my order confirmation email and clicked on the visit our store icon and got no results. So it looks like I have been had and decided to report this as a Covid-19 scam to the BBB. Thank you.
I placed an order on April 1st for Masks. I received a text two weeks later that they were “working hard to process my order”. Nearly two months later and still no masks. I disputed the charge. Hopefully I get my money back. I was counting on those masks to protect someone who has a compromised immune system. This company is the worst kind… scamming people out of money under the guise of providing a product (that was “In Stock” when I ordered btw) that will protect someone who is ill. PureCleanAir is a scam company.
DO NOT ORDER FROM PURECLEANAIR.
I’m so sorry…I know about the need for real and good masks, for I too, have a compromised immune system and am over 65 years as well. God bless and protect your loved one who needed the masks…
I also fell victim to this company. On April 7, 2020, I placed a $112.00 order for masks. I keep getting emails saying their being processed. Now, they have a commercial on TV. My emails to them are falling on deaf ears. This is truly a scam!
What?! They have a commercial on TV and STILL trying to swindle us?! Despicable! Isn’t there an agency on the TV station you mentioned that you can report them, having ads and not delivering? Give that a try and make them get caught there, maybe!
I also was scammed by them and reported them to the Better Business Bureau. And I’ll write about them here, too! If you paid by credit card, put in a claim and see if you can get at least something if not all back!
Blessings to all here who bought in good faith like me and NEEDED the masks for themselves or others.
I ordered 100 face masks for $85.92 USD on April 6-2020. I emailed and asked where my order was. Received one email stating that order was processed, they bill my Visa a few days later. Now end of May no masks, no response to emails and possibly no on-line company. Shopify should do something about this. At least refund my Visa. Like all the others I have been scammed.
I ordered 3 boxes of 20 N 95 respirators for 39.99 per box on 3 / 27 / 20 cost of 125.75 on Mar.27 2020. on April 1 2020 I ordered 2 more boxes of 20 N 95 respirators costing 79.99 both orders were paid and taken out of my bank account. On April 20, 20 I received an order that was 100 China made low grade mask, not the certified N 95 8210 3 M respirators I ordered. On April 21 I returned the China rip-off low grade mask and ask for my money to be returned minus the shipping they paid for. Have not heard a word after three long g-mail letters to pure clean.
I ordered a mask several weeks ago and never received. Just got credit card statement and have been charged. I am awaiting a return call from Pure Clean Ari but doubt if it will happen. Live and learn.
I ordered a mask several weeks ago and my credit card was charged. Have not received. Called credit card company and they are checking on charge. I will be disputing the charge.

I work as a physician and ordered medical masks, reusable carbon masks, N95 respirators and thought I was donating $100 to providing masks to front line health care workers. I placed the order 4.3.2020 and received 1 email stating items would be shipped within 2-3 weeks. I followed up via email when it was past that time and received no answer. I tried calling and there was no answer. As of 5.26.2020 the website is now gone. Whoever is behind this took advantage of the Covid 19 pandemic and in my desperation for PPE I was scammed.
I saw the ad on the internet for these masks. I looked at other ads, but came back to this one. I ordered them on April 4th and they got the money on April 8th. After not hearing from them in a while, I sent to e-mails to them, and no answer. Today I was trying to find them, and came across this.

Ordered face masks from them because of Covid-19. They took my money and said order was being processed. Two months later, nothing. Have sent multiple requests for updates and get no response. Just read reviews and it looks like they took advantage of many others as well.

We too, wished we would have seen this site before we too was scammed. Ordered 50 disposable ear loop N95 face mask for $39.99, on April 4th. Received a confirmation EMAIL right away, do to high order request, products will be shipped shortly, etc., our credit card was charged in April also. Then every time I inquired about shipping, or anything else, I got NO response, line went DEAD. Here it is May 21st and still no product. I even ask them to just (credit back our money to the credit card) & we would forget the whole thing .Definitely a fraudulent company. DO NOT order anything from this place!

Do NOT order from PureCleanAir. They are not a real company, and all they will do is steal your money. When the Covid outbreak occurred my wife went into panic mode. Found PureCleanAir on Facebook and insisted I place an order. That was 2 months ago. I have sent numerous texts and emails to the addresses provided with absolutely no answers. Normally I’m pretty careful about ordering merchandise on line, but this time, because I was being pressured by the wife, I didn’t. My Bad. But don’t you fall for the same scam, and yes folks, that’s what it is. A scam, intended to relieve you of around 40, or your hard earned dollars. Buyer beware.

I am a healthcare worker and tried purchasing N95 masks for myself, family and co-workers on 4/8/20 from Pure Clean Air. After weeks of not receiving confirmation of my package or tracking numbers I emailed the business. They responded by saying I couldn’t get a refund and to have patience cause my package would be there in a few weeks. I have emailed multiple times since and no response.

Placed an order for N95 masks on 4/4/20 with Pure Clean Air. Received an email from them right away with an order # confirmation. It was for a box of 10 Particulate Respirator Masks for $29.99 shipping time 2-3 weeks. My credit card was charged on 4/9/20 by EVJ E-COM LLC 909-549-4334 CA for $29.99. By the end of April I started inquiring about my order but I haven’t
heard back and at this point I don’t expect a reply. Today is 5/16/20.
The email address for this company is purecleanair.com.

Yes everyone, this place is a scam, I also ordered 2 boxes of 50 masks each totaling $72.00, never received a shipping date, never received any responses to my emails & was charged the $72 immediately on my charge card. I contacted my charge card company, told them about this place, they knew the name & have received many calls about this place ripping off people, the place DOES NOT EXIST, it is a woman, they showed a picture of her calling herself “pure air”. They refunded my money the next day. DO NOT purchase from this FAKE company.
I ordered 2 boxes of 50 masks on 4-5-20. They sent an email right away that day saying shipment would be delayed due to limited supply. My credit card was charged on 4-13-20 for $79.98. I sent them an email on 5-8-20 and received no reply. my order in not available anymore but you can still go into the website and order supplies. What?! This website needs to be shut down!
I purchased 50 surgical masks and 20-N95 masks on 4/7/20 total $91.54. I never received either item and can not get any response to my emails to them. Last contact from the “company” was 4/18/20 stating 2-3wks, still have yet to receive order or a response from them. Now I get an error when I click on the order so I’m sure that I have been scammed. Very upset and disappointed especially during such a stressful time.
I purchased 3 masks from this site, and after looking at the URL more closely, I knew right away it was a bad idea, but this was after the purchase. Initially, there was a confirmation email, and then another email after I checked in on my order some two weeks later. Then, there was no communication after that. I also discovered there were others who had also been scammed.
I also ordered 50 face masks April 6 and my credit card reflects payment April 14. To date no product and my 2 emails to this clean air company have been unanswered. I see others have filed similar complaints so this is definitely a scam and this should be reported to legal authorities for further action
I ordered 50 3-ply medical disposable masks from Pure Clean Air on 4/3/20. On 4/5/20, I received a message stating they were getting my order to be shipped. Though I have emailed then twice since, I have received no further communication. I tried to call their number (MI area code) to no avail. My credit card was charged and it looks like I, too, have been scammed!
I ordered 50 face masks on 4/4/20 to pure clean air for $39.95. I e-mailed a few days later and they answered back that my order was being processed. i have e-mailed them several times since, but no more responses. Can you help or at least get my credit card reimbursed [email protected]

the web site popped up on my facebook page. face masks for virus 50 for 39.99. website looked legit, placed my order on April 7th. product would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks due to high volume of orders. when I didn’t receive an email stating my order had shipped, I emailed Pure Air, got one reply stating again it would take a couple weeks, couple weeks passed and still no order. emailed them again, there has been no reply and no order. I logged into the website and there is no order to be found! another company charged me, saw it in my bank statement that they deducted $39.99 (EVJ ECOM LLC 909-549-4334 CA ) I called that number, got an answering service and no return phone call. I know I should have checked them out before I ordered and I know there are a lot of scams on facebook, but I ordered anyway. now I’m out $40.00.
The same thing happened to me. Popped up on my Facebook page. Ordered N95 masks for my daughter-in-law who is a healthcare worker.
Placed the order on 4/4/20, got an email with confirmation # and was charged $29.99 on 4/9/20 by EVJ E-COMMERCE LLC. They said the order would arrive in 2-3 weeks.
It is now 5/16/20, nothing. I did receive one email response which said hold tight, that I would receive a tracking # soon. Well, I’ve sent numerous emails and haven’t heard back from anyone!
Definitely scammed!
