Type of a scam Online Purchase
I order a trial of the skin cream, they add an eye cream + the cost of the trail. I contact to cancel the order because they would not take off the additional product. I get an e-mail saying both were being mailed. I contacted their support e-mail and spelled everything out, they said they would note it to call, I called they said to e-mail. I received the products and e-mailed again for instruction on where to resend, got nothing, 2 weeks later I got a charge for full price for both products. I had to report to my bank & they had to issue a new card.
