Consumer received phone call from Todd Sloane representing Publishers Clearing House. She was told she’d won millions in their contest & for her to Western Union $199 to him for taxes in order to collect her winnings. Consumer refused. She a website for him showing he’s mimic the real Publishers Clearing House site. Consumer has not followed through.
