received plastic post card in the mail with an actual fake Target gift card attached to it. It is a scratch and Match type of scam with a phone number to call also very small fine print in a paragraph stating the prizes and types of rules. no address the only business name that was provided stated "This promotion is sponsored solely by PTCI"
clear indication of a scam.
