I ordered just over $500 worth of merchandise from Psychorebel and after waiting 4 months, which I thought was normal because of COVID, I contacted their customer service twice within two weeks and receiving no reply. I proceeded to look in my ‘confirmation of order’ email, clicked on the link, which, in turn was no longer valid, I started to panic so I looked online only to find so many scam reports of this website. DO NOT under any circumstance instance order from this website or Misofreaky/Misomoody.

We ordered a sweatshirt and received confirmation email. After several weeks still did not receive a shipping confirmation. We realized there is nothing on their website that provides contact information. I called the number on my confirmation email and it was disconnected. I started looking to see if they were on ***. They have a page, and lots of complaints (I wish I had seen them earlier). There are zero responses to the complaints on their page. My daughter reached out to them via *** messenger and they responded to her UNTIL she indicated she was an unhappy customer looking for order status. Once they realized that they stopped communicating. I reported them to my bank to see if I could get a refund for fraudulent activity. Their website is still active and still taking orders. How can that be? What does it take to shut them down?
