Type of a scam Online Purchase
On May 25, 2020 my daughter and I ordered a ProSteam 2 in 1 Straightening Iron for $49.95 online. Upon sending in our online purchase using Visa Card, a confirmation was return to my email confirming the order (#1054). The confirmation said – Thank you for your purchase!
We’re getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent. I have not heard from them. Due to the coronavirus I thought it may have been delayed. I emailed them on June 17, 2020 at [email protected] to inquire about my product but I have not hear from them. When I did some research on the email address it seem to belong to the Department of Psychology at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. The address that came on the screen was 2818 NW 73rd St., Seattle Washington 98117, 520-621-7444. The $49.95 has been deducted from my account. I would like to have my money refunded or the ProSteam Brush that we ordered. I would appreciate any information that you are able to obtain concerning this complaint. Thank you.
