Type of a scam Online Purchase
I purchased a pair of Keen sandals from this company online. A month later a pair of–what seem like knock-off–Nike shoes (not what I ordered) showed up. When I asked for them to fix it I was stalled numerous times with offers of a coupon, and then finally a few dollars cash. The customer service rep. told me that they could not refund the money and that they did not want the shoes back. In short, they take money in good faith, fail to provide the product, then refuse to return the money or to make good on the original deal. The shipping package came directly from China.
