I thought I was networking with people who had experience in real estate investing so I figured $500 is a small price to pay to start getting direction and guidance, I attended this 3 day seminar in Columbus, OH and orgionally they wanted 40k for the full program and said dont worry you’re gonna get that back real quick but was only comfortable sparing 10k then they talked me up to 15k and said will spot the rest for you I cant get ahold of them when I reach out none of the resources online were any use and they dont reach out to me either trying to get some serious money making investing going either! You think they would be on me like wet on water but they weren’t so there for it’s a scam!!
