Their salesman was extremely aggressive, wouldn’t take no for an answer, pressured me into signing for a “free trial” turns out to be a 2 year contract that they demand you pay a hefty fee to get out of. I was completely lied to, the “thorough service” their sales rep Dillon (who was NOT wearing any PPE at ALL) told me they would do, took them 10 minutes and they didn’t even touch the lawn or even half the house. They claim their products are animal and child safe but they’re extremely toxic! I’m worried for my pets and family members now, and not only because of the pandemic on top of this disgusting companies predatory behavior !
