Also ordered legos online back in August from promotionbrandeclub and I received an email, Debit card was charged but no legos were shipped. Leary of any company advertising on Facebook now.
Placed a $75 order for Legos from their Facebook ad on 06/01/20. Have made numerous attempts to contact them , but no luck. The order was placed under Promotionbrande.club name. The money was shown debited under Reliable Kind 05-29 Singapore and their EMAIL support name was [email protected] I have tried all three contact with no success, Truly must be a scam.
Had a similar experience, but fortunately, I was using AMEX and my purchase did not go through.
I guess they are only set up to rip off PayPal.
I am keeping an eye on online statements to make sure no bogus charges appear.
It appears that the entire website has now disappeared.

Saw ad on Facebook for cheap Lego sets. Ordered two for a total of $70. No receipt nor shipping email ever sent. Used PayPal to pay but even they have no record of the transaction. No Legos have arrived five weeks later. Website looks legit until you examine more carefully.
