Total money lost $30

Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

I received a call about a student loan debt relief program. I signed up over the phone and was told a loan officer would call me to confirm details before any money was taken. When I received a call, weeks later, I cancelled. I received a email stating that it was cancelled and no money was or would be taken from my account. The next day they attempted to withdraw money. I had my account on hold because I had a bad feeling about this. The bank charged me a 30$ fee, but did not release the money. I tried to call both the document prep company (a1 doc prep) and the number listed on this website, but I either get voicemail or they hang up on me.
