I ordered trial of Rapid Max Pure for a 14 day trial. Ordered via email on 7/7/19. Received product 7/14/19. Called on 7/19/19 to 888-527-2021. S/w Kim gave me cancellation number of KC579288. Everything fine account cancelled. 7/24/19 Received notice from bank of 2 charges debiting my account for approximately 180.00 with 4 NSF fees. 7/24/19- called Chase Bank to complain that charges were made after cancellation notice. It will be investigated. 7/24/19 called to 888-237-4642 s/w Glen. Argued that evaluation days started the day ordered. Did not receive until 7/14/19. Gave Glen cancellation number and he said the date received did not matter. I asked for tracking number for the product to verify dates, Glen refused to provide. Informed that I called my bank and he was arguing with me and I finally asked for supervisor but there was not one there. I said I would call back in the morning. I then looked up address of 6200 NW 7th St #269023. Business listed as Keto Infinite
Acceleration Green Coffee. I looked up both names to find that ScamPulse.com rated as an F. I put in complaint. This is the history so far. DBA multiple businesses.
