Do not do business with www.profitsbyamazon.com. I was recently defrauded out of $5000 on July 30, 2019. A signed agreement was sent to my email for me to sign. I agreed that I would not request a refund after my store was built. I was told to deposit a cashier’s check of $5000 in a Chase Bank account before Raphael and his team would setup an Amazon Online store on my behalf. After funds were paid I realized I was scammed because services paid for was not honored. My store has not been built. Everything suddenly changed. I was told it take a couple days to setup my store since my Sellers Account was already approved with Amazon…later I was told it would take at least 2 weeks. I started getting a lot of fake active listings notification from software I was instructed to sign up for. When I questioned the email I was told not to communicate by gmail but only set communication regarding Amazon to Skype, videos that were promised to be sent to me was never delivered, meetings that were suppose to happen never happened etc. I requested a refund and I was told I would not get my $5000 back instead I was being asked for another $3500 for them to build and manage my store.
