The website states you will get a custom logo to you in 24 hours. I have been working with them for 3 weeks and they don’t even appear to read the requested changes. Also, they say you will have all rights to a copyrighted image, but will not respond with information regarding the copyright. The designs appear to have minimal effort even with clearly stated instructions. The phone number goes to an answering machine telling you to email them. The issue is that their email box is also full.
This company could get someone in legal trouble due to copyright issues. They are clearly using licensed images and clipart to create the artwork with zero effort to alter the original. There are also reports of threatening behavior on paypal when people have requested refunds. Paypal has sided with the company regarding the claims. Looking back I should not have used the site because it has no information regarding the company. Nothing stated on the website is accurate to what you receive.
