I ordered a Swing July 4th and have not received it, I emailed the company 3x asking for a refund and sent them a copy of my CC proving the purchase. The total was $236.70. I just want my money back!
Placed order whole body vibrational plate $119.99. They took money out of account on 5-25-2020. I finally received product 8/25/2020. HOWEVER it is all in a foreign language and the plug in if NOT AMERICAN either. I emailed them, they said to get an adapter. I emailed back it is a ALL in foreign language- I cant use.
I want to return and refund. I get NO Response.
What Can I do?
I ordered the vibration machine, I finally got it, but it is all in a foreign language and foreign plug end. manual is all in foreign language… Completely unusable.
