I received a call from "Victor" with Proctor & Gamble saying that I had won the 2nd prize of $950,000. I was then to call Peter Miller of Bank of America, 305-447-8023 x 1119. He said that I would need to pay a delivery fee of $950. I told him that I did not have that kind of money, so he asked my age. When I told him my age he said I qualified for half price of $450. I started to wonder at that point. They said they would send over the documents for me to review.
