My family & I received several calls today from this person: David Groupon with Process Service Dispatch Dept. out of Broward County to serve a court summons Re: you must contact the Law group handling your case and to please refer to case no. 2018-11-258 and they have made several attempts at your residence or employment between 9 & 4 to serve you. He also said you may be missing an important upcoming court date so they need an address to serve this summon. If you do not call then a default judgment will be filed against you.
