Just ordered 2 week FREE sample of *** for 2.99. Did not really do a thing to help me. I received a full bottle and was charged $74.99. I did not order this product nor did I sign an electronic signature. I called the company to complain and that I did NOT order the product. She told me they could give me a 60% refund but nothing more. She said I had to cancel within 18 days of ordering this product to get the full refund. I did not know I had to do that. I never saw it on the website. She was very rude and would not refund me the whole amount. I went to the bank and changed accounts. This is appalling and why are companies like this getting by with this fraudulent behavior?
