Hi percy Lee e*** was paid in full to decorate 4 tables , for 4 centerpieces and a back drop I didnt receive centerpieces or backdrop at all I paid him 2 decorate 2 floats and he didnt show up or decorate any of the floats at all when I post this on social media so many people respond that he had been taking people money and not providing the service and then stop answering your calls and responding to text messages ..
