I received a call from Prize Award Center. Phone number 216-487-6654. Caller stated I won an unspecified amount of money. Refundable deposit. Requested $300 upfront fee for processing. I would have to say I accept. I am on the Do not Call Registry. I filed a complaint with them. I know this is a scam. I am reporting the call.
