Type of a scam Online Purchase

I found pictures of my one of a kind antique engagement ring. They had taken the pictures and info of my ring from the actual reputable website it was purchased from. They were claiming to be selling my ring, when clearly that is impossible. I just want to spread the word that this is a fraudulent website.

How would you know if you are the only one with this kind of ring. This is totally pointless.
