I wanted to get my friend a Christmas gift so I bought her something from this company. I placed the order and thought everything was fine. However, after 3 weeks of waiting for this item to ship I knew it was a scam and not coming. I tried to reach out multiple times and no answer. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Total rip off.

I ordered a custom blanket and portrait to be printed of my deceased cat and dog as a gift to my parents and ordered through this company. I paid $25 for priority shipping and a digital download to see the work before being printed, which was supposed to be sent within 3 days of the order. Its now 4 weeks later, and they have not responded to any of my 5 attempts at contacting them. They have a ton of comments on their instagram of customers who have not received their product nor responses to communication about orders.
