I ordered their product on November 21st and promised it would be here by Christmas. Well Christmas eve I got a tracking number with them promising it will be delivered Christmas. Well it is new years eve and nothing the tracking shows it wasn’t even dropped off at the post office. I asked for a refund and they refuse to respond to me.
