I emailed this company twice and received no response. I then asked for help through a Twitter direct message, and they didn’t give any. I then tweeted them to grab their attention saying they are disregarding a valued customer, where they then message back threatening to take me to court for slander- saying if I do not remove my tweet they would not help me with my order. They have been threatening me through direct message and not talking about anything to do with my order.

I ordered a blanket from this company about 7 weeks ago, so I have been trying to contact the company by means of email and had gotten a reply until today when wrote to them on twitter, I said I have tried to email your company for weeks, when will my product come has it even been made, or something along the lines of. I would give you the exact tweet by they harassed me until I took it down and then blocked me on twitter. I have screenshots of this. They said that they would refund me my money but I doubt that will happen. I am having issues finding the real address and phone number for the company. *** thinks the company is based in Canada but they cannot find the real address above is the address they claim to be at on *** but that is a *** Store. I lost about 55$ to this company I can only imagine what other people will larger orders will lose.
