Type of a scam Credit Cards

My debit credit card was charged for $253.83 for products I never ordered. The company goes by Prime natural CBD, Organic and pure goods. They sent a tracking Number to my bank which i researched and both UPS and US post Service do not have. If they sent a package I would have returned to sender and the tracking number would be the same.

Prime Natural offered a free bottle of CBD Oil. for postage and handling I gave them my credit card for charge of shipping. A ad came up” claim free jar of CBD cream ” just pay shipping. A few weeks later I had an email alert from my credit asking if I approved these charges. I told cc agent I most certainly did not. I called cc to inquire about the bill I was connected with a Prime Natural agent. I explained to them I did not order anything except shipping for the free bottle and jar. Agent said ” there isn`t anything free.” I asked then why did your ad say Claim your free bottle. She said she couldn’t help me, and hung up. This is no trial of the stuff this was advertised as a free bottle CBD Oil and a jar of CBD Cream. Its been 3 months I have been dealing with these SCAMMERS . If you don’t want a headache best not to fool with these thieving folks. Ive been trying to find the original ad that I clicked on, with out success here are the bottle and jar.. I lost a total of 218.00 to two different chargers when I was on only one link.

I tries their ‘sample’ introductory bottle and didn’t notice any relief so I stopped after the first bottle. Today I get another bottle with a $118.88 invoice that they charged my ‘introductory offer’ credit card saying that I signed an agreement to get monthly shipments (for a product that doesn’t work). They still charged my account 20% to keep the bottle but this is complete bull[censored]. I wish I saw all these reviews b
efore getting suckered into this place!

I bought their intro bottle for shipping and handling price only. Within 3 weeks they had charged to items I did not order amounting to nearly $300.00 These people are scammers. When I stayed on hold forever trying to contact them a recording said customer service would contact me. Some guy from the sales department contacted me and hung up when he realized I wanted them to fix this situation. These are scammers. They are thieves. Do Not Give Them Any Information. They will Steal From You. Jim Elliott submitted

I ordered their 2 products the oil and the cream. They said I only had to pay shipping. After they sent it, they FRAUDULENTLY charged over $200+ on my card! My bank is disputing it. There was NEVER anything written about a recurring charge.

I was on facebook and I saw an ad that said Dr Phil recommends this cbd . free bottle just pay shipping. So I ordered one 300 mg bottle and also a 4 oz creme . I wanted to find its website so I could order more if I wanted to. I found where others were charged high fees and they were signed up for a 29.99 monthly fee for something. I am disabled and I can’t afford extra charges. This is a scam . This company is fraudently charging people for things that they never signed up for..

Please investigate them. Thank you

contacted via text, masked as being an amazon.com survey, amazon confirms this is a scam and not associated with them. said the CBD oil was a free gift for completing survery, just pay shipping. 14 days later my bank card was charged $118.88. contacted the number listed on back statement, call center which says I agreed to a 14 day free trial and then a subscription to the product. never saw that info. anywhere. would not allow me to return the product for a refund, would not allow me to speak to a manager. below is a photo of the product.

Marketing CBD oil with deception, saying FREE trial and cancel anytime. However, once you accept and order, you are charged $188.88 for a small bottle of CBD oil. When you try to cancel what they call a subscription, you cant get through to them. Get put into a que with a number like 33 ahead of you. You wait up to a half hour and then their system hangs up on you. They only give you a few days to call and cancel and they say you cant cancel subscription until you pay for the FREE sample that they sent.

Email appeared to come from Costco. Linked to a survey that promised a $50 Costco gift card for completing an online survey. "Free" ( not including shipping charge) sample of CBD oil sent along with unasked for "Free" (with another shipping charge) sample of CBD cream. Then of course new charges for further shipments automatically start showing up on my credit card. Calling them did nothing to resolve the issue. Had to cancel my credit card.

This business REFUSES to Stop auto-payments EVEN when a person is well within the "free trial" time limit. They say: "You have to PAY the auto-pay BEFORE we can STOP the auto-payments! This is crazy. Also they added a product to my order which I did NOT order as part of the "free trial" for which I had to pay an additional $4.95 shipping.
