This caller wants to know your medical conditions. If "you are having any pain or discomfort in your body" is how they worded it to me. This caller claims to be from "Prescription Services" which is as phoney as can be. Given I am not currently taking any prescription medications I knew right away that they were not legit. There was also a pause between each question asked of them giving them time to look for another automated question to ask.
