What a horrible experience. I ordered a quilt that had Broadway posters on it the 14th of November. It was supposed to be delivered 7-14 days, when it wasn’t delivered, by the 5th of December I started to email the support center (which would not supply a phone number), they sent me an email with a bunch of mess about being overwhelmed by orders etc. By the 13th of December I wrote back, it took them days to respond. I tried going to the post office and they tracked it down to the shipping company DHL, they said the package is lost, contact the retail company. which I did. Neither DHL or Premium Fabric have not responded since. Over 10 Emails have been sent with no response. I guess I’m out $70. Now looking on the Facebook site, the comments are all negative, every one is having problems with deliveries or the product being wrong.

An advertisement in my Facebook feed showed this nice Broadway musical blanket for sale. I ordered it the day after Thanksgiving, and my credit card was charged $63. The site had no way to track the order, and after pleading for someone to help me several times, a "customer service" person e-mailed and told me they were working very hard to get everything delivered. I continued to wait. I wrote again, begging for any word on my order. Still no tracking number, and no information about where the item may be.
