In June or July of this year I received a phone call about receiving a government grant for seniors. I was informed that they are a member of the BBB, however, I stupidly did not look the company up at that time. I first spent $295 for the paperwork, etc., and was sent booklets and forms to fill out. I filled out what was asked of me and returned whatever paperwork was asked of me and was called 4 times and talked to 4 different people to go over the "Lessons" for filling out the paperwork. Also, more money was requested to increase the amount of the grant. The last was in September or October. So far, when I call to find out the status, my calls are not returned. Always get a message that the lines are busy and call will be returned. I lost $700 and want my money returned.
