Hi, I’m not sure if this is a scam, but I was wondering if there is a way to looking to this company since this debt seemed unusual to me. The company is Premiere Credit of North America, LLC. Also, wondering if it is in violation of FDCPA to have a return address that does not match collection address, suggesting 3rd party collector? Thanks
